Awful! This is the first film that I have seen in a l o n g time where I contemplated leaving half way! Poor storyline, lacking in suspense, action, emotion... the list goes on! A shame because Clooney remains as hot as ever!

Story line was ok but what a very slow moving movie... not the greatest George Clooney movie

This movie was subtle, not an action movie but better. Suspense is built in a suggestive way. Excellent movie

Any fan of George Clooney will simply adore the film--He is in every scene and not one of his best work-- an entertaining movie

Although deliberate in pace,Control director Anton Corbijn's film is compelling and intriguing.George Clooney(as"Jack")provides a subtle minimalist performance. There are lovely ladies(Thekla Reuten,Violante Placido)) and the beauty of the Italian countryside with its picturesque villages almost beckon me to fly there now.Clooney as "the hitman in winter" finds himself at a crossroads while searching for redemption. This reminds me of another great existentialist movie:The Passenger(1975) with Jack Nicholson. The American unfolds gracefully in such a way that we get to know the Jack character in considerable depth including his expertise as an arms builder and his fondness for exotic butterfli

Slow, boring definately a not to buy. Think George needs to go back to his ER roots.
